My Career Mapping
Career Mapping provides individuals and organizations with a series of tools and techniques to assist in the growth of their personal and company goals. Individuals are equipped with the information to find work or a career that is best suited for what they are good at and like to do, and corporations learn how to manage their current employees, as well as build a stronger workforce. Career Mapping acts as a road map in identifying true competencies, talents and passions to achieve long term career goals.
Career Mapping is a proprietary framework based on the book Career Mapping: Charting Your Course in the New World of Work by Ginny Clarke and Echo Garret. In the book, Ginny delivers expert guidance from her own inspiring journey, offers valuable insights into employers, as well as lessons from her experience as a top level executive recruiter with one of the leading global search firms.
